Polyurethane Energised Lip U-seals Materials: Polyurethane 90 Duro body with Nitrile energiser is standard. Also available with Viton® body and energiser. Applications: Extremely versatile medium to heavy duty hydraulic piston and rod seals. Also suited to some pneumatic applications. Design: The energiser provides loading to the sealing lips at low pressure. The Standard and Deep profiles are shown. Type B and Square B have bevelled sealing lips to increase the sealing load. The Type B, Deep and Z-seal have a greater height than cross-section to improve stability. |
