Krytox in the bakery

DuPont™ Krytox® has a range of H-1 and H-2 certified oils, greases that are serviceable at continuous temperatures between –60° and 300° C. They are the only full line of H-1 PFPE lubricants available.

Krytox® oils are completely clear, odourless and tasteless. The greases are white, odourless, and tasteless.

Krytox® lubricants provide excellent advantages for the Food and Beverage Industries:

  • Protect bearings and other components under all load and speed conditions.
  • Non-toxic – made of only carbon, oxygen and fluorine. The greases and oils will not carbonize or burn like hydrocarbon lubricants.
  • Multipurpose, high-temp and anti-corrosion grades for all equipment including - bearings, valves, seals, o-rings, chains, compressors, gear boxes, mechanical pumps and other components.
  • Chemically, biologically and environmentally inert and silicone-free.
  • Undamaged by and non-reactive with acidic or caustic cleaners and disinfectants, steam, moisture and high temperatures.
